Our cafe is student operated with overall management from Nikola Kemp (Barista Tutor and Cafe Manager).

The Senior Hospitality students gain confidence in customer service and learn to multi task in all areas of the running of the cafe.
The cafe provides students, staff and visitors with high quality food and beverages. Most dietary requirements are catered for including gluten free, dairy free, vegan and vegetarian.
Level 3 Hospitality students also gain a Barista qualification from MIT.
Cafe menu and price list are available from the cafe. The menu changes with the seasons. Students can preorder and prepay for items before school so as not miss out. We have included menu highlights list below. (not a full menu)
